14 Days Returns Guarantee

If we have made a mistake, please contact us so we can resolve the issue immediately.

For most items, you have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receiving them. However, this right does not apply to consumable items eg: cable cut from a reel to buyers specifcations (length), lamps, tape, fluid or items that have been altered or personalised upon request, have missing labels or show signs of being used.

This exception also includes earplugs. All earplugs fall within the scope of the exceptions in the Distance Selling Regulations which allows retailers NOT to accept returns of items which cannot be restored to the same physical state as that in which they were supplied. If you have purchased earplugs and have tried them they cannot be re-sold, having been in your ears and possibly contaminated.

If you wish to return goods using this right, the goods should be AS NEW and UNUSED, you need to inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them at your own expense.

We reserve the right to withold 20% of the purchase price when returned goods have broken seals, damaged packaging or show signs of wear.

Until the item is received by us you have a duty of care over the item. Where possible we suggest you wrap the item, and avoid using adhesive tape (particularly brown parcel tape) directly on the packaging of items which are boxed for retail sale, as adhesive tape can often be impossible to remove, and it if defaces the packaging, it devalues the item and prevents us from reselling the item.

If you think we’ve sent you the wrong item or size, please double check the full description in the listing, including the size and/or colour before requesting a return. If you have incorrectly ordered the wrong item we are happy to exchange the item subject to stock availability, however additional postage charges will apply.

To request a return or exchange please contact us by telephone or email - our returns address will be provided.

Please note: We will only despatch goods to your registered Ebay or Paypal address. If your address in Ebay or Paypal is incorrect then please amend it
