Returns are accepted.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods.
Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us.
Please include the original invoice document and complete the reverse tear off slip as instructed. This is your returns ID and without this we can not refund.
Please take the goods to your local post office and send them back to our Returns Warehouse (the Returns warehouse address is OutdoorLook t/a Brookes UK Ltd, Unit 5, Cannon Mill, Gunco Lane, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 7JL).
N.B.: Carriage costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty. Please note that the carriage cost of sending items to you may be more than amount you were charged for delivery (which in most cases is a subsidised cost).
