• Received  wrong item/not as described: We're  humans and we intermittently commit mistakes but we are keen to correct them,  in a way that the buyer prefers. If the item received was wrong, we might ask  for ACTUAL PHOTO/s. This is our SOP, for us to be certain, records purposes  etc.

• DOA /  Damaged On Arrival: We get our stock in bulks from factories and we might  not be able to check them all. There is a little chance that the item could be  DOA. We will ask for a return of the  item and we will replace it immediately with the same item.

• Returns: If you feel like you have to return an item, please  let us know the REASON so that we can provide an RMA Code and we can conduct  necessary actions when we receive the item you returned. Please refer to  the RETURN POLICY under the SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS  TAB for more info.

• Cancelled  transactions: We can cancel transactions, just let us know. If the purchase was a mistake or by change mind etc., we charge 15% restocking fee.

• Offers: There are some items that we cannot give discounts for single quantities. Though we're still trying our best to give you the Best Offer you deserve.
