Will not be purchasing anything else from this seller. Item arrived damaged and all the seller wanted to do was have the item returned and refunded so he could make a claim. Didn’t offer any sort of discount or even a partial refund for the issue.

Customer raised a return we aranged for pallet company to collect at our cost and was then told it was repaired and wanted discount. was also told it arrived off the pallet with no wrapping we have since had pictures from pallet company clearly showing the printer wrapped .
