| Refund Policy|
|If your item is defective or wrong, please report us within 5 days, we will issue refund via Papal within 24-48 hours.|
To proceed refund, we will have to ask you to send us the picture of the product and the white lable attached on the top of the box stating date of depature and weight.
Requiring refund or replacement after 60 days of departure will not be accepted (there are exception for some countries)
We don't accept the packages if buyer return the package without mutual consent.
We won’t solve such case and buyer should responsible for the consequences.
